Start running consistently again, at least 3 times a week.  I need to spark my love affair with running again.

Keep running because I love it!!

Keep working out, so that my body won't look like a T-rex (big legs, itty bitty arms)

I live in beautiful Cache Valley.  I can't wait for spring, I have a need to get up on the canyon trails.  I like to mountain bike, run, go jeepin', and shoot guns.

Ran to Hollow road.  I felt pretty good until the end of the second mile and then my quads started to burn.  I am a little sore in my legs this morning.

I am just trying to keep track of my progress. The gym I go to is called Crossfit. It is really good in that I don't have to think about what I am going to do that day. I just show up and they have the workout all set up. They keep me accountable by posting the times and weights used so everyone can see it. I am hoping to turn my 4 banger into a 6 cylinder so that my aerobics will be more effective. As far as a picture update, I'm not there yet. These workouts are mostly self explanatory if you want to do them. If you have any questions on the moves let me know.

I usually go at noon. I am doing a little different workout than the others, now. So I didn't run in mine until the end as a cool down. The workouts are free every Saturday morning at 9:30 and 10:30am. You should try it out. I would be willing to go with you. Let me know.

That was the workout today. Most workouts take between 15 and 20 minutes of timed exercise but there is aways the warm up which is like a half workout. The timed portion is what is recorded under the "WOD" (workout of the day) heading. Today was a milestone workout. We will do these occasionally to see where we are at and to have something to measure our progress. I've been going for just over 4 months. I'm now to the point where I can go 5 days a week, using the prescribed weights, and still get out of bed. The first couple of times I went I had to roll off the bed to get going in the morning.

Yeh, he's a mighty dog. Most of the run he was pulling on the leash. When we got back he was wanting me to throw the ball for him. My time was really slow.

Not really. My foot still hurts after a little run. I am not in any shape to race. I've been running a little at my gym and maybe once a week, 4 to 6 miles. I plan on getting back into running soon, I just haven't made the time lately.

How are you doing? Are you healthy? Are you going to be running in the TOU, full or half?
