Short-Term Running Goals:

Start running consistently again, at least 3 times a week.  I need to spark my love affair with running again.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running because I love it!!

Keep working out, so that my body won't look like a T-rex (big legs, itty bitty arms)
 

Personal:

I live in beautiful Cache Valley.  I can't wait for spring, I have a need to get up on the canyon trails.  I like to mountain bike, run, go jeepin', and shoot guns.

I ran into Providence and tried to keep it under 7's for the first half. 

I died after 3.5 and just jogged home.  I think it was because I didn't get much sleep last night, staying up changing my wife's disc brakes and pads on her 4Runner.  What a nightmare.

Ran with Paul, Cody and Jon.  We started at Beaver Mountain and ran north to the WW2 plane crash site and looped west and south back to the car.  It was a nice run and I kept motivated to run because every stop we would get eaten by mosquitos.  I finished the run with a 7:54 average pace.

I did a little cross training today and did some mountain biking with an old friend.

No running tonight.  Needed to spend some time with the wife.  It is a give and take thing.  I wanted to rest my aching foot also.

Well that was an easy week, now it is time to hit it a little harder. 

Ran with the dog for 2.2 miles and then ran 8.1 more.

Ran on the Planet Walk Trail with my wife and dog.  I took Toby for the first 1.4 miles when I ran into my wife walking and dropped him off.

I did this one more time at the start of mile 4.  This worked out pretty good and we were able to finish at the same time and our fat dog got some exercise.
